| Go to run and type gpedit.msc .Navigate to Computer Configuration ----> Administrative templates ---->Network.Open QoS Packet Scheduler.Double click Limit Reservable Bandwidth.Not cofigured would be chosen. However by default the value is 20% .Select enable and make the value 0.This should boost your net speed considerably. |
